Invest In Canby
Canby, Oregon is a growing city in southern Clackamas County located along the Willamette River between Oregon City and Wilsonville. Positioned within commuting distance of Portland, Salem, and the I-5 employment corridor, Canby combines agricultural roots with steady residential development. For real estate investors, the Canby, OR rental market offers a balanced mix of single-family homes, newer subdivisions, and established neighborhoods that attract long-term tenants seeking affordability outside Portland’s core.
Unlike higher-density suburbs closer to downtown Portland, Canby maintains a lower housing density while still providing access to major regional job centers.
